PES was formed over 15 years ago with the single idea that a machine repair and tooling service could deliver high value, quality, exceptional service and on time delivery ON EVERY SINGLE JOB… period. In short, the founders recognized that, in most cases, every minute a client’s machine was out of service, time and revenues were lost.

PES consists of machine tool builders, tool makers and electronic engineers. With our combined precision machining expertise, PES can solve your production related problems quickly and efficiently.

PES was one of the first repair facillities of its kind qualified to troubleshoot and repair the new articulating heads, spindles and transmissions.

The Precision Machining Department includes production of mold tools, jigs, tooling assemblies and R&D projects. We utilize customer supplied 3D solid models that we program, machine and inspect using the latest Mastercam X3 and Metrolosys inspection /analysis software. We can also provide surface grinding and other manufacturing processes.

PES is a factory authorized service provider for Hénri Liné Machines and are fully qualified to repair and maintain SNK, Cincinnati, Forrest Liné, Nicolas Correa and Mazak machines.

PES also services and repairs other manufacturing and specialty equipment including autoclaves, ovens, presses, mills and lathes.
